Cooldown time

When Dialing out of Lists, you'll see a column named Cooldown time.

Definition(s)

• Cooldown time shows when the contact is re-eligible for Parallel Dialing based on whether they are in a cooldown period.

• Cooldown time is a Timestamp, but displays in relative hours from now.

• You cannot manually modify the Cooldown time of individual leads in lists. However, for GlenX Campaigns, users can configure cooldown periods in their settings.
