Custom Lists

This page describes what Custom Lists are, which are Custom Lists that Callers can create to organize their leads however they'd like.

Custom Lists are one of 3 types of Listsin a Glen Dialer. Custom lists are static lists you can create to organize Leadshowever you'd like.

Moving Leads in and Out of Lists, including in and out of Custom Listsis possible.

• Leads may belong to multiple lists.

  • For example, a lead can be in a 'Booked Meetings' Smart Lists and also any Custom Lists created by a Caller (aka Fractional Rep)

• All lists have two tabs, one for Cold Leads and one for Nurture Leads

Example Uses of Custom Lists:

• You want to create a list of just 'East Coast Timezone Leads'.

• You want to create a list of just 'Trade Show Conference Attendees'.

• You want to create a list of 'Enteprise Segment Companies'.
