Lists

This page and its subpages describe how lists work in the Dialer, along with the different types of lists.

Lists are like folders, and are the fundamental way of grouping/assigning/organizing leads in your dialer.

• Lists can be accessed at user.glencoco.com/lists.

• There are 3 types of lists:

  • Smart Lists (leads are automatically moved into these lists where applicable)

  • Campaign Lists (aka "Slot Machine" lists. This is a special type of list that you use to pull leads from campaign Lead Pools)

  • Custom Lists (these are custom lists a Caller (aka Fractional Rep) can create for themselves)

• Leads may belong to multiple lists.

• For example, a lead can be in a 'Booked Meetings' Smart Lists and also any Custom Lists created by a Caller (aka Fractional Rep)

• All lists have two tabs, one for Cold Leads and one for Nurture Leads

• Lists have List Columns, which can be used for Sorting, Filtering, Freezing/Pinning Columns, Showing/Hiding Columns.
