A customer is a team member at or affiliate of a business running a Glencoco marketplace campaign or has spun up a GlenX Campaign.
Customers can manage campaign settings, CRM integrations, take meetings, review data, upload leads, and communicate with approved Callers for their campaigns.
We refer to customers and "businesses" interchangeably.
Eligibility to spin up a GlenX Campaign Instance
Any business can spin up GlenX Campaigns.
Pricing for GlenX Campaigns are on a per-GlenX Dialer User-per-month SaaS subscription basis.
Eligibility to Launch a Glencoco Campaign
To keep the quality of our marketplace high and attract quality sales reps, we only service businesses interested in launching Campaigns on our marketplace who:
Have a minimum a functioning business email domain (personal domains like gmail not allowed)
AND have at minimum a functioning website with clear customer case studies
AND (Are generating >$1M in annualized revenue OR are lead generation agencies interested in running managed campaigns on behalf of clients on our marketplace)
AND are selling a B2B product or service
❌ Examples of Businesses we Explicitly Do Not Service on our Marketplace
Any product or service selling AI SDR services (because of the Catch-22 impossibility of the inquiry; if your product or service worked, you would have no need for Glencoco Campaigns)
Personal/Prosumer Coaching (dating, executive, personal, founders, etc), Personal/Prosumer Fitness, Personal/Prosumer Advisory, Personal/Prosumer Credit Financing (because it's B2C)
Design/Web Development Agencies (because cold calling doesn't work as a channel)
Anything Crypto/Web3/Blockchain (because mainstream market demand does not exist and therefore, cold calling doesn't work as a channel)
Anything MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) in nature
