Dialing

Call is an outbound phone attempt made by an SDR to a Contact within an Account, initiated via the Glencoco platform. Each Call represents one attempt to reach a Contact and can have different outcomes depending on whether the connection was established and whether a conversation took place.

Call statuses:

  • Not connected — the call was initiated, but no connection occurred (e.g. no answer, voicemail, line busy).

  • Connected (no discussion) — the SDR reached the Contact, but no meaningful conversation took place (e.g. call dropped, gatekeeper picked up, wrong person).

  • Discussion — the SDR successfully connected with the Contact and had a meaningful conversation relevant to the Campaign goal.
