This article describes how to use our email features to work leads better and convert to more meetings

When a Caller (aka Fractional Rep)is approved for a campaign, an email inbox is automatically spun up that looks like [e-mail] and we begin warming up that inbox.

Sending Emails

In order to send an email, you can use the tool bar in the account history page in and out of calling sessions.

If the AE has setup their email for the campaign, you will be prompted a side bar that looks like your regular email client.

It behaves like one too. You can write your own subject, body of the email, set cc, bcc as well as attaching helpful materials for the prospects.

Automatic Follow Ups

Sometimes the prospect could forget to respond right away and having to send reminders could get tedious and take your time away from calling other prospects. You can instead let us automatically follow up on unanswered emails for you. Simply set the maximum follow up attempts and the interval of the follow ups before sending it out. Our system will generate follow up emails based on previous emails and stop once the prospect replies.

Writing Email Using AI

You can save up your time by letting our AI write a professional and hyper-personalized email in only couple seconds. Glencoco’s AI will look at previously exchanged emails, account history, call recordings and even search the internet to write up an email.

First select a template from the left side bar and click Compose with AI button above the subject text box.

voila! Once you get past the loading screen, you will see what AI has written on your behalf. Feel free to make edits before sending the email.

Creating / Editing / Deleting Email Prompt Templates

You can create, edit and delete your custom AI templates by clicking Add new template and by clicking icons next to each template. Give each template a name and configure whether to attach additional materials.

By adding a prompt, you can tell the AI what kind of email to write up for you. Before you save your prompt you can test the results by clicking Generate Preview button.

We have pre-loaded some of the most commonly used AI templates. You can find them alongside your custom templates.

Send Without Reviewing & Revert back to manual Email

Once you’ve seen how good our AI is and don’t think it needs your approval stamp, you can have the AI send the email right away once it’s done by clicking Quick Send.

You can move away from the account and work on other prospects. Account history page will reflect the progress of the email - going from ‘pending’ to ‘sent’. You can check back anytime.

In case the AI takes too long to compose an email for you, you can revert back to writing the email yourself by clicking Or Build Email Manually
