Definition of workspace

Prerequisite: You'll need to be a Business and create a business workspace at https://customer.glencoco.com using a non-personal email domain for this section to make sense!

Definition(s)

• A workspace is the parent-level organization that houses one or multiple Campaigns on the Glencoco platform.

• Businesses can use Glencoco or GlenX dialer infrastructure by creating Workspaces, which can deploy one of two types of campaigns: GlenX Campaigns, and Glencoco Campaigns.

• Campaigns may only belong to one workspace, but Workspaces may have multiple Campaigns.

Access & Privileges

• Two types of access roles:

  • Workspace admins can view all Campaigns in a workspace, edit permissions for workspace members, and invite new workspace team members.

  • Workspace non-admins can only view Campaigns they have been added to as campaign team members

• Workspaces access roles are mutually exclusive, meaning one cannot be both a workspace admin and a non-admin at the same time.

• You're an End Customer (a business that's not an agency) that wants to run multiple outbound calling campaigns using Glencoco/GlenX infrastructure -> need a workspace.

• You're a Lead Generation Agency that wants to run multiple outbound calling campaigns using Glencoco/GlenX infrastructure -> need a workspace.

Pricing

• Workspaces are free to set up; Campaigns, which are housed in workspaces, are priced based on campaign type, and campaign scope.
