Call Dispositions are one of various ways Caller (aka Fractional Rep)s attempting outreach toLeads can update the status of a lead.
Dispositions can be customized and configured per campaign by the Customer.
Each disposition value must map to one of the possible Lead Statuses.

Dispositions are logged by Caller (aka Fractional Rep)s after dial is connected to a lead, and the disposition options visible will map exactly to the dispositions configured by a Customer for the campaign:

Updating the disposition of a lead will also update the status of a lead
Dispositions are not the only way that the status of a lead can change, but is one of the most common ways that Lead Statusesget updated.
