Definition(s)

  • Dispositions are logged by Caller (aka Fractional Rep)s after dial is connected to a lead, and the disposition options visible will map exactly to the dispositions configured by a Customer for the campaign:

  • Updating the disposition of a lead will also update the status of a lead

  • Dispositions are not the only way that the status of a lead can change, but is one of the most common ways that Lead Statusesget updated.
