Nurture Leads
This page describes one of the 3 Lead Statuses: Nurture Leads
Definition(s)
Nurture Leads are leads that have been moved to 'Nurture' by an ApprovedCaller (aka Fractional Rep), either via a call dispositioning flow or by updating a contact from Account Detailsto 'Nurture'.
Moving a lead to 'Nurture' requires setting a follow up time, aka next touch time.
Leadsare intended to be moved to 'Nurture' if an ApprovedCaller (aka Fractional Rep)wants to continue working/following up with a lead.
At the end of every business day (9PM EST), Cold Leads in lists are unassigned and returned back to Lead Pools. Nurture Leads remain assigned until the follow up time for the nurture lead passes.

2 Ways to Move a Lead to Nurture
Option 1: Through the dispositioning workflow  after a call
If you choose a disposition that maps to a nurture lead status, the lead will move to Nurture Leadsstatus. You'll be prompted to set a next touch time, and the lead will remain in your Nurture Leadsuntil the follow up time passes.

Option 2: From the Account Details page
Look for the 'Move to nurture' option from the 'Details' tab. Then, set a follow up time.
