We believe that prospecting is a game of grit. This is the prospect lifecycle:

The key to this chart is the nurture flow. Our philosophy on nurture is that any contact identified as the right persona we want to continue to set next touch times until they turn into either a Booked Meeting or we get a hard DNC.
This idea is guided by data - we've found that no leads are truly closed to a meeting unless they explicitly ask for a do not call. You are unlikely to book a meeting on the first call (for timing reasons, where you caught the prospect etc.) It's important to continue to work these leads and build rapport.
