Lead Assignments & Exclusivity
This page describes Lead Assignments & Exclusivity of Leads for Campaigns
Leads in Campaigns that are in any Approved Caller (aka Fractional Rep)'s Lists are said to be "Assigned".
The concept of lead assignment exists so that multiple Caller (aka Fractional Rep)s cannot inadvertently reach out to leads.
At the end of every business day (9PM EST), Cold Leads in lists are unassigned and returned back to Lead Pools. Nurture Leads remain assigned until the follow up time for the nurture lead passes.
The 3 Possible State of Leads with regards to Assignment
1. Part of the campaign's shared Lead Pool, Unassigned
Examples where this could be the case:
Disqualified Leads (removed from Lead Pools)
Fresh Leads that were just uploaded (and therefore, nobody has attempted to pull those leads)
Leads with missing required data (for example, if a lead is missing phone number, then no point in having them in the lead pool)
2. Part of the campaign's shared Lead Pool, Assigned
3. Not Part of the campaign's shared Lead Pool, Assigned
Examples where this could be the case:
The campaign has Self Sourcing Allowed and an Approved Caller (aka Fractional Rep) has uploaded a list of self-sourced leads.
These are assigned, since they belong to a caller's list, but they are not part of the shared lead pool, since they were provided by the caller.
