Pulling Leads from the Lead Pool
Limits on Pulling Leads for Campaigns
Caller (aka Fractional Rep)s can pull leads for campaigns with the following restrictions:
A Caller (aka Fractional Rep)can only pull more leads from a campaign's lead pool if there are less than more than 10 Cold Leads across all of their Listsfor a given campaign.
If the lead pool for a campaign itself is depleted - for example, all Leads in the pool are already assigned to other Caller (aka Fractional Rep)s' lists, or the remaining leads have all been disqualified, they may get fewer than 50 Accountspulled when they attempt to pull leads.
Getting under the 10 cold lead limit to pull more leads
If a Caller (aka Fractional Rep)wants to pull more leads for a campaign but they have more than 10 Cold Leads across their lists for a given campaign, there are a few options:
Work the leads/call into the leads and use the natural Dispositionsas they call to reduce the number of Cold Leadsleft to below 10
Bulk remove leads from their lists until the number of Cold Leadsis below 10
Bulk disqualify leads from their lists until the number of Cold Leadsis below 10
Lead Pool Returns & Reshuffling
At the end of every business day (9PM EST), Cold Leads in lists are unassigned and returned back to Lead Pools. Nurture Leads remain assigned until the follow up time for the nurture lead passes.
How to Pull Leads from Lead Pools
To pull leads, you'll need to have a Campaign List selected.

You can see whether you have a campaign list selected from the dropdown to choose a list:

If the list is empty, you'll see a purple 'Load more accounts' button in the middle of the empty list:

If the list is not empty, but there are less than 10 Cold Leadsacross your lists for the campaign, you'll see a purple 'Load more accounts' button in the bottom right:

Pressing this button will prompt you to choose the timezone(s) of the prospects that you want to pull leads for. Choose the time zones you care for.
Prospect timezone data is not perfect. We use phone number area codes to determine timezone, which is not always 100% reliable, but directionally correct.

Press 'Pull', and leads will appear in your Campaign List. From here, you can immediately start calling into them, or review them and disqualify or move leads into different lists before starting outreach.
The number of Cold Leads you now see in your list could be greater than 50. This is intended and a result of how we pull leads by the number of Accounts, and there may be multiple Contacts per account.
