Moving Leads in and Out of Lists

This page describes how to move leads in and out of lists

Leads may belong to multiple lists, and here's how to move leads leads in and out of lists.

To simply select all the leads in a list to move them out of a list or perform a bulk action, look for the checkbox next to 'Prospect Name' and select it:

When any leads are selected with a blue checkmark, you'll see 3 options:

Move to list

This allows you to move the selected leads to another list, with the option to keep the leads in the current list as well or remove them from the current list

Remove from list

This allows you to bulk remove the leads from the current list

Disqualify

This allows you to mark leads as disqualified in bulk.

Utilizing Filters to Select Certain Leads to Perform Bulk Actions

More often than not, you may want to only select some, but not all leads in a list to move to another list in bulk, or disqualify in bulk.

In this case, you'll want to take advantage of Filteringto first build various filters, then bulk select the filtered leads. Below shows this in action
