Campaign Lists

This page describes what Campaign Lists are, aka 'Exclusive Lists' aka 'Slot Machine Lists', which Callers use to pull leads for campaigns they're approved to call for.

Campaign Listsare one of 3 types of Listsin a Glen Dialer.

You can tell if a List is a Campaign List if it has a purple ribbon icon and is labeled 'Exclusive CampaignName List'.

Moving Leads in and Out of Lists, including in and out of Smart Listsis possible.

• Leads may belong to multiple lists.

  • For example, a lead can be in a 'Booked Meetings' Smart Lists and also any Custom Lists created by a Caller (aka Fractional Rep)

• All lists have two tabs, one for Cold Leads and one for Nurture Leads

Campaign Lists are also known as 'Slot Machine Lists' because they're the list you use to pull leads for a campaign from the campaign's Lead Pool.
