Getting your First Leads to Call

Prerequisite: You'll need to create a user account at https://www.glencoco.com/openings/application for this section to make sense. Once you're approved, you can subsequently login via https://user.glencoco.com.

Troubleshooting Access to user.glencoco.com

Congratulations! If you've reached this step, you've successfully been admitted onto a Glencoco campaign. Here, you'll find details for how to navigate the CRM and start dialing!

Step 1: Accessing your leads

There are 2 ways to access your leads. The first is to go to Working lists from the top Nav-Bar:

The second is to hit the 'Start Calling' white button, which will open a modal where you can choose which campaign you want to start calling for.

You can click the black 'Start Calling' button afterwards without worry of initiating a dialing session! All it will do is take you into the selected Campaign Lists

Step 2: Navigating your lists

To navigate between lists from your list view, look for the dropdown that has the name of the current list you're on:

Click on the box on the top right to view all your lists

After clicking on the selector on the top left, you should see all the different Lists that you have available to you:

There are 3 types of Lists:

  1. Campaign Lists

    1. You should navigate here to find new leads for campaigns (this is explained in the next section)

Step 3: Requesting leads

You must be in a Campaign Lists aka 'Top Caller List' aka 'Exclusive List' aka 'Slot Machine List' to request leads. You should see a corresponding campaign list for every campaign you're Approvedto call for. If you select the Cold Leadstab...

Make sure you're on the cold section of the list

You should see a 'Load more accounts' button. Press this to pull lead from the campaign's Lead Pool.

Click Get Leads to Call to get leads for the campaign
