Attending a Dialer Onboarding Session

While Attending a Dialer Onboarding Sessionisn't strictly required once you're Approvedfor a campaign, it's strongly encouraged and general user feedback is that it's quite helpful.
How to Register for a Dialer Onboarding Session
Go to the Salesfloor.
Look for a space in the sidebar called 'Live & Past Events'. Alternatively, here's the link: https://salesfloor.glencoco.com/c/live-events/
Look for any events named 'Dialer Onboarding...'
Click the black 'RSVP' button and add the event to your calendar
How to Attend/Join a Dialer Onboarding Session
At the time of the Dialer Onboarding Session, if you visit the salesfloor, you'll see a link to join a live event. Click that link and enter the virtual video-conferencing room.
Frequency of Dialer Onboarding Sessions
Dialer Onboarding Sessions are held typically on Tuesday evenings and Thurday mornings

From 'Live & Past Events' in the salesfloor, look for an option in the main section to switch from "Upcoming" to "Past":
Click into any previous event. At the bottom of the event details, you'll see the recorded video:
