Smart Lists

This page describes what Smart Lists are, which are special types of lists in the Dialer that get automatically populated.

Smart Lists are one of 3 types of Listsin a Glen Dialer. Smart Lists are smart, meaning Leadsautomatically move in and out of Smart Listsbased on context.

Moving Leads in and Out of Lists, including in and out of Smart Listsis possible.

• Leads may belong to multiple lists.

  • For example, a lead can be in a 'Booked Meetings' Smart Lists and also any Custom Lists created by a Caller (aka Fractional Rep)

• All lists have two tabs, one for Cold Leads and one for Nurture Leads.

Booked Meetings

Leads you've booked Meetings with will appear here.

Feedback Received

Leads where the the supposed meeting time has passed, and for whom there's an update about Meeting Outcomes, will appear here.

Missed Calls

Leads that have called back into the number you initiated an outbound call from, will appear here.

No Shows & Cancels

Leads that have have Meeting Outcomes of No Show or Canceled will appear here.
