Uploading Leads via CSV as a Customer

From customer.glencoco.com/campaign/leads, look for the black 'Add new leads' button

Choose 'Upload CSV'

A button ('Upload CSV file') will appear along with an important readme.

We require an email address for a lead to be imported, and at minimum 1 phone number column for a lead to be called.

To work around the email address requirement, enquire about our enrichment capabilities, or synthetically generate an email address using [email protected].

We support at most 2 phone number columns: phone, and mobile, and prioritize the number in mobile column when dialing. If you have multiple phone number columns, pre-process the CSV to fit them into 2 columns based on highest likelihood.

Click 'Upload CSV file', then hit the black NEXT button

You'll be prompted to review and complete mapping columns in your CSV to Glencoco columns. You can add custom columns at the bottom as well... Once you're reviewed the mappings and confirmed they look good, press 'Next'.
