How Suppressions Work

When you upload a suppression list CSV, you can choose to suppress leads at the Accountslevel, or the specific Contactslevel.

Requirement to suppress at the Accounts level

Your CSV should include a list of email domains to suppress (to suppress entire Accounts and all Contactswith email addresses matching the suppressed email domains)

Requirement to suppress at the individual Contacts level

Your CSV should include a list of phone numbers to suppress (to suppress specific Contactsinstead of entire Accounts)

From your customer.glencoco.com/campaign/{campaign_id}/suppression-list view, select 'Upload List'

Upload a CSV file in the next step by clicking 'Upload CSV file'. Then hit 'Next'

You'll be prompted to map your CSV column(s) to one of the two supported matching options for suppressions. Hit 'Next' and the suppression list should upload.
