Lead Upload Receipts

This page describes Lead Import Receipts, which provides useful stats about your list upload via CSV.

Definition(s)

To view a csv upload's lead import receipt, from customer.glencoco.com/campaign/leads, find the upload you care about, press the 3 dots to the right, and click 'View Lead Upload Receipt':

From here, you'll be able to export the receipt, which simply shows the lead's Account Name, Prospect Name, Prospect Email, Prospect Mobile, and Upload Status.

How to Read & Interpret Lead Upload Receipt Upload Statuses

  • Total leads imported - the total number of rows in your csv upload

  • Success - the number of leads that were successfully imported in

  • Invalid mobile or phone - leads with malformed, missing phone or mobile numbers

  • Suppressed by customer - leads that were matched either by email domain or phone number to any of your Suppressions

  • Another user working - leads that are already in a user on the campaign's Lists. This does not necessarily mean that the lead was not successfully uploaded, and is more of a FYI.

  • Duplicate - leads that we were able to match to an existing lead in your campaign, and therefore, is a duplicate lead. This is not to be confused with, "leads that appear multiple times in your CSV", which is another way of interpreting the phrase "Duplicate".

Known Confusing Naming Conventions

Comparing the statuses in your Lead Upload Receipts against the columns you see in Lead Ingestions is likely to cause confusion. For example, below shows the following:

Lead Upload Receipt Stats:

  • Total leads imported: 1225

  • Success: 1207

  • Invalid mobile or phone: 0

  • Suppressed by customer: 0

  • Another user working: 0

  • Duplicate: 16

Stats from Lead Ingestions:

  • Connection Rate: 135/351

  • Qualified Meeting Rate: 0/3

  • Total leads: 1,187

  • Available to Call: 1,070

Why does "Total Leads" in Lead Ingestions show 1,187, but "Total leads imported" in Lead Upload Receipts, which intuitively seem like they correspond to each other, not match up?

This is confusing labeling and we are addressing fixes to follow more consistent semantic naming conventions, but the "Total Leads" number in Lead Ingestions actually corresponds to "Success" number minus "Duplicate" number in Lead Upload Receipts

What does "Available to Call" mean?

"Available to Call" means eligible Leads in any campaign that have not been disqualified or are in a cooldown period.

Why does the denominator of connection rate show only 350, when the list has so many leads with phone numbers?

If you've uploaded multiple lists, this number is misleading and likely underrepresents the actual Connect Rate in both numerator and denominator.

This is because of Our Current "First Ingestion" Attribution architecture. We plan to address this because it unfortunately means this metric is not very useful today.

This list definitely has qualified meetings, but the numerator and denominator is showing 0/0. Why is that?

This is because of Our Current "First Ingestion" Attribution architecture. We plan to address this because it unfortunately means this metric is not very useful today.
