When Dialing out of Lists, you'll see a column named Last Conversation

Definition(s)

• Last Conversation shows the latest Timestamp one of our Call Metrics, Conversations.

• It's when the latest conversation with the contact occurred with any user within the campaign

• Latest conversation is segregated at the campaign level. If the same contact appears in multiple Campaigns in a workspace, latest conversation will show the latest conversation, within that campaign.
