Next Touch Time
This page describes the definition of one of the List Column Attributes: Next Touch Time, aka Follow Up Time
When Dialing out of Lists, you'll see a column named Next Touch Time
Definition(s)
Next Touch Time , aka Follow Up Time, is required to be updated on Contacts whenever a user changes the contact's lead status to nurture.

To edit Next Touch Time, there are two ways:
You'll be prompted in the Account Detailspage to submit a call disposition.
After selecting one of the Dispositions, you can 'Set next touch time'.

From the Account Detailspage, look for a 'Move to nurture' option for a contact.
From here, you can choose a contact and set a Next Touch Time.
