Account City

This page describes the definition of one of the List Column Attributes: Account City

When Dialing out of Lists, you'll see a column named Account City.

Definition(s)

• Account City is the Purported city location of the lead's company (aka account).

• Account City is a freeform Text field, as opposed to a Picklist (Single-Select), and takes the column value provided when Leads are uploaded via Lead Ingestions.

• Since there can be multiple locations for a company, or a HQ (headquarters location) for a company, the value in Account City is determined by whoever or whatever is uploading Leads via Lead Ingestions.

Is Editable: Yes

• To edit Account City, Outside of an Active Dialing State, from Account Details, look for the 'Edit' option in the 'Details' card.

• You'll see a pop-up to edit account level information.

• Hit 'Save' to update.
