Last Disposition

This page describes the definition of one of the List Column Attributes: Last Disposition, aka Last Connection Attempt Outcome, which is confusingly named as we have a separate concept of Dispositions

When Dialing out of Lists, you'll see a column named Last Disposition. This is a confusing/poor naming choice because there is a separate concept of Dispositions, while Last Disposition has nothing to do with Dispositions.

Definition(s)

• Last Disposition shows the latest connection attempt outcome one of our Call Metrics, Dials.

• Whether Parallel Dialing or Single Dialing, all dial attempts have Connection Attempt Outcomes.
