Parallel Dialing

This page describes how to start Parallel Dialing.

The Glen Dialer supports two dial modes: Parallel Dialing, and Single Dialing.

What is Parallel Dialing

• Parallel Dialingallows you to call down Leadsin a list simultaneously, either 1, 2 or 3 at a time.

• To configure your parallel dial rate, look for the gear icon in the right of your list view and set your Dial Rate.

• To start parallel dialing, press the black 'Start Calling' button in the right of your list view.
