Conversations

Business Definition
A conversation is a dial that gets connected and is also a human pickup and the human who picked up is either a Decision Maker, Influencer, Gatekeeper, or Not Relevant (as opposed to Bad Data, or Do not Call).
Conversation gives no regard for call duration. A conversation could be 10 seconds, or 10 minutes.
Conversations are sub-classified into one of 2 buckets:
Technical Definition
Any outbound call attempt initiated via Parallel Dialing or Single Dialing that gets connected where:
A user Dispositionsthe lead after the call by submitting "yes" to the prompt, "Did a person pick up?"
AND a user submits to the prompt "Which best describes the prospect?" one of the following values:
Decision Maker
Influencer
Gatekeeper
Not Relevant.
If the response to "Which best describes the prospect" is one of the following, it is not considered a conversation:
Bad Data
Do not call
