Learn how campaign audition works

Prerequisite: You'll need to either be a Caller or a Business for this section to make sense.

If you're a Business, you'll need to create a business workspace at https://customer.glencoco.com using a non-personal email domain.

If you're a Caller, you'll need to create a user account at https://www.glencoco.com/openings/application. Once you're approved, you can subsequently login via https://user.glencoco.com.

  • Auditioning for a campaign is an opportunity for a caller to shine by demonstrating their speaking ability, positivity, drive and understanding of the Training Modules for the campaign. We opted for a roleplaying style of auditioning to allow each caller to be as creative and unrestricted when crafting a convincing and compelling presentation of who they are and how they engage with prospects.

  • The campaign audition process requires a quick audio intro recorded by an interested Caller who has completed the Training Modules as well as a few role-play scenarios that requires a Caller to record and submit an audio response as if they were conducting a live call.

  • Auditions have audition statuses.

  • Once this 10 minute assessment is completed, Customers are notified and can review audition submissions from their platform view and action the audition according to one of the User Audition Statuses.
