Submit an Audition for a Campaign
How to Submit an Audition
0. A Caller must have completed the training module for a campaign.

With training completed, a Caller (aka Fractional Rep) can start their audition immediately after or opt to start your audition at a later time by selecting the Start Audition button from the campaign details view.

Before beginning callers will be informed of any audition requirements such as role-play & technical recording requirements, avg. assessment times, response time after the audition has been completed and the importance of telling a story.

After reviewing the instructions, click start recording.

Click
Stop Recordingwhen done speaking.
Listen to the audio that was just recorded by clicking play. The recording can be redone by selecting
Redoor submitted if satisfied with the results by selectingUse Audio.
Step requirements may vary, given callers access to reference material such as scripts, personas, objections and qualifications that should be incorporated into their mock responses.

Once all audition steps have been completed, audio recordings will be reviewed by campaign admins and they will followup with a determination that will be either - approved, retry or unapproved.

A caller can monitor their audition status by going to My Campaigns under Campaigns in the top navigation tab.

Retry (which means they're asked to resubmit an audition)
Blocked (which means the Caller (aka Fractional Rep) is not a fit for the campaign at the time)

Frequently Asked Questions
I've submitted an audition but its been more than 48 hours and I'm still waiting to hear back. What should I do?
Contact [email protected] or send us a chat in the bottom right of user.glencoco.comso we can review the audition on the Customer's behalf. A common reason that audition responses are delayed are if there aren't enough high quality available leads to work in the campaign, or there are too many callers active on the campaign.
I was previously approved for a campaign but I logged in and I can't access the campaign. How do I regain access?
If you were previously approved for a campaign but find yourself needing to resubmit an audition, it likely means that you didn't work on the campaign for 3 weeks and so you'll need to resubmit an audition to re-certify. We do this so campaigns are worked by active users. Once you've re-submitted an audition, you can message us and we can expedite the reapproval process.
