  • GlenX Campaigns and Glencoco Campaignsboth come with Training Modules that are meant for both AI and Human audiences to digest to familiarize themselves with the nuances, pitch, ICP, qualification criteria, and other important enablement aspects of a campaign.

  • Customers can leverage the AI Knowledge Builder to speed up the generation of Training Module content by providing public website URLs/landing pages or uploading docs and pdfs for the AI to take and generate into the Default Sections of a Training Module.

Access & Privileges

  • Customers have full access and privileges to maintain and update training modules.

  • Caller (aka Fractional Rep)s generally approved for the platform can view in full training modules for listed campaigns, since the whole point of training modules is to provide robust enablement for fractional reps interested in working on the campaign.

  • Training Modulesmust be completed in full by a Caller (aka Fractional Rep)so that they can submit User Auditionsfor the campaign.

  • While Caller (aka Fractional Rep)s approved for our marketplace all sign NDAs as a pre-requisite before being able to view Training Modules, Customers should be thoughtful so as to avoid overtly sensitive information, such as detailed pricing/internal docs.

  • 95% of everything a Caller (aka Fractional Rep)needs to know to be able to properly pitch Leadson a meeting likely should be publicly accessible marketing content.

Custom Sections of a Training Module

  • Modules can be customized with custom sections besides the default sections. Default sections may also be removed in favor of custom sections. To create a new section as a Customer, press the plus sign in the training module section.
