user.glencoco.com/coaching ('Performance' -> 'Coaching') is where you can go to review feedback powered by our Glencoach AI.

How it Works

After every call you make longer than 60 seconds with a conversation, our AI takes the following inputs:

  1. The campaign's Training Modules

  2. Your call recording

And generates a call coaching feedback report, which you can review.

What's included in the Call Coaching Feedback Report

  1. A breakdown of the call into 5 parts, and total score for each part out of a maximum score of 5

    1. Opener

    2. Pitch Quality

    3. Handling Objections

    4. Asking for a Meeting

    5. Qualifying Properly

  2. A short paragraph writeup after the scoring breakdown with some specific isolated moments for feedback

  3. An audio recording of the call so you can play back the audio.
