Deleting your Account

Describes how users can delete their accounts

If you'd like to have your user account deactivated and deleted, simply:

1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address that matches the account they'd like to have deleted. For security reasons, we cannot honor account deletion requests if the email being sent to [email protected] does not match a user account email address.

2. Make sure that the subject line reads "Account Deletion Request"

3. Separately and optionally, any feedback as to the reason for your account deletion request in the body would be helpful!

Once this is done, we'll deactivate your account and process your user account deletion request.
