Account Deactivation
Describes the conditions for account deactivation.
If you see a message when trying to log in that looks like the below, with the phrase "Your account has been deactivated", it means that your account was deactivated.

Common Reasons for Account Deactivation
Poor Inbox Hygiene
To maintain our email domain reputation and deliverability, we routinely review emails delivery to users and deactivate user accounts with bounced emails because of issues with user account email inboxes:
Mailbox full/quota exceeded
Email no longer active
And other related errors/misconfigurations in inbox settings
We try to provide proactive advance notice via text or email, but obviously if a user's email inbox is full, this becomes impossible.
If you're aware that the email your user account is associated with has any of the above issues, you may need to create a new user account with a new email.
We do not transfer user data across accounts with rare exceptions.
You've Marked our Emails as Spam
If you've marked our emails as spam and our transactional email deliveries fail to you because you've marked our emails as spam, we may schedule your account for deactivation.
If this is the case, you will need to unmark our domains (@glencoco.io, @glencoco.com, and @glenx.ai as spam), submit verification of this via email to [email protected], and await our team to review this.
Often, it is simply faster to create a net new user account.
We do not transfer user data across accounts with rare exceptions.
