Dialer Phone Numbers

This page provides context on the phone number that dials are initiated from

Definition(s)

• Each campaign has its own reserved pool of phone numbers that outbound dials are initiated from.

• You do not need to purchase additional phone numbers, since this is managed by Glencoco.

• We phone numbers from Twilio.

• We automatically rotate and swap out phone numbers in campaigns based on how frequently a particular phone number is used

• You can see the phone number that outbound calls are being initiated from in the Account Details page on the far right of the screen:

While we automatically detect and swap out phone numbers based on whether a number is showing up as 'Spam Likely' or not, no system is perfect and we're constantly looking to improve connect rates.

If you notice that a phone number being dialed from is showing up as spam likely:

1. Send an email using your user account email to [email protected] with subject '[Phone Number] Showing as Spam Likely'

2. Include the phone number being used in the body

We will swap the phone number out and look to improve the algorithm.
