Explanation of general application process for callers to be generally approved on the platform
Glencoco offers a simple, one-time, streamlined application for access to multiple fractional SDR opportunities. After meeting our eligibility criteria and completing training, you may begin working on campaigns that match your profile and start earning commission per qualified meeting.
Where to Apply
Two ways:
glencoco.com/openings (where you can browse pseudonymized campaigns available on the marketplace) looks like this:

From either page, click the "Apply Now" button, where you'll be prompted to submit the following information:
Your name
Years of sales experience
Country
Email
Phone number
Uploaded resume in PDF format
LinkedIn profile URL
How you heard about us
An audio recording of yourself talking about a good sales success story

If you don't have a LinkedIn Profile, you'll need to create one. We don't accept anyone without a LinkedIn account for general quality bar purposes, since many of our campaigns are B2B sales where LinkedIn messaging comes in handy.
How We Screen Applicants
Required Inputs
A resume that demonstrates previous sales/cold calling experience or strong intent to pursue a career in sales
A voice greeting to determine if (just like voice acting), you have the Gift of Gab and would be successful on the marketplace. Since most of the campaigns are for US or UK-based prospects, and callers will be on the phones a lot, a nearly-native, conversational command of the English language is necessary.
We require a linkedin profile URL as anyone serious about sales after 2020 has a linkedin profile.
Characteristics of Users We Approve for our Platform
You meet Caller Eligibility
You're comfortable with cold calling Business-to-Business (B2B) prospects who are strangers
You have native or close to native English speaking proficiency (no strong accents)
At minimum, you've graduated high school
You've had some sort of sales experience, with a strong preference for B2B services or products
You're comfortable reading documentation like this and following instructions
You're personable, engaging, and have high emotional intelligence and empathy
You're comfortable learning from online training courses
You have a strong work ethic and are comfortable with rejection
You know how to write emails in a professional manner, with limited grammatical and spelling mistakes
You know how to communicate professionally, without slang, profanity, or overtly negative emotional language
You're comfortable working remotely without overmanagement
Characteristics of Users We Reject from our Platform
You don't meet any of the above requirements or characteristics
Detection or moral or ethics violations
Your audio input is low energy, slurred, mumbled, or otherwise not a sales-conducive voice
There are signs in your application that suggest that you're a low performer
