General Application Results

Explanation of general application results for callers applying/signing up for the platform

Once you’ve successfully submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow us up 48 hours to review the application, although sometimes results come within a few minutes depending on your application.

You'll be notified via text and/or email, allowing you to proceed to next steps if accepted, or you can reapply.

Possible Outcomes:

• Accepted

• Waitlisted

If you're waitlisted, you can reapply if your application inputs in your general application are materially different from your previous application.

• There is no limit to how many times you can reapply.

• Additional Review Required

  • Sometimes, an applicant's application can get stuck/require additional review. No further action is necessary from the applicant, as we then review these and update the general application status to 'Accepted' or 'Waitlisted'
