Definition of GlenX campaign

Definition(s)

  • A GlenX campaign is one of two types of campaigns available, with the other being a Glencoco campaign.

  • Workspaces may contain both GlenX campaigns and Glencoco campaigns, or multiple of each.

  • A GlenX campaign is analogous to a specific sequence in a cold outbound email platform like Outreach, Lemlist, Smartlead or Apollo. Each campaign/sequence has its own ICP, targeting, stats, results, and outcomes.

  • The primary difference between a GlenX campaign and a Glencoco campaign is that GlenX campaigns are designed for internal users only, and are priced more like a traditional SaaS per-user-per-seat model.

    • Glencoco campaigns cannot be used only by internal reps - the whole point of a Glencoco campaign is to list and make available to fractional reps on the Glencoco marketplace. For this reason, GlenX campaigns exist.

    • There are subtle functional differences between the two - for example, with Glencoco campaigns, calendar integrations/oauth is more robust to reduce no-show rates.

Access & Privileges

  • Three types of access roles:

    • Account Managers (aka "Admins") can access every part of the admin/manager platform (accessible via either https://admin.glenx.ai or https://customer.glencoco.com, with no functional difference).

    • Meeting Takers (aka "Account Executives") can set up their personal calendar link for booking meetings for leads they own

    • Dialer Users (aka "Reps/SDRs/BDRs") are anyone who is actually making dials in GlenX. To make dials, dialer users can log in via https://user.glenx.ai

  • GlenX access roles are NOT mutually exclusive, meaning one team member can hold multiple of these roles at the same time.

    • For example, an Account Manager can also assign themselves as a Dialer user, to access both CRM integration settings and make dials themselves.

  • You're a Lead Generation Agency that wants to an AI-enabled parallel dialer and already have a team of SDRs/BDRs in-house -> set up a GlenX campaign in your workspace.

Pricing

  • GlenX campaigns are priced by the number of dialer users in the workspace. Pricing is per-user, per-month, with an annual subscription plan, payable monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually.

  • POV trials are offered to teams interested in leveraging Glenx's dialer solution.
