Uploading Leads via CSV

This section is a chapter in "Setting Up a Campaign Basics." Included is a screenshare explainer video guiding you through how to upload leads via CSV (as opposed to CRM integrations)

Prerequisite: You'll need to create a business workspace at https://customer.glencoco.com using a non-personal email domain for this section to make sense!

• Workspaces are a space for your org/team to view and manage one or more campaigns.

• We support both CSV uploads for leads, and native CRM integrations for two CRMs: Hubspot and Salesforce.
